In the normal state a user contextual menu shows "Block contact" menuitem.
When a contact is blocked it will show an "Unblock contact" menuitem.

This bug should define whether we want to keep the same icon or show a different icon for "Unblock contact", and in such a case provide the icon.

Darrin, I'm thinking a hollowed circle without the cross would convey the "Unblock Contact" message.

We have a problem here, I think, because Darrin uses font-awesome for all the icons. This probably means we have to find a proper icon from that set.

I believe 'fa-circle-o' would be appropriate.

:mikedeboer, none of the icons should be from font-awesome. Michael has provided Firefox-styled icons for everything in my mockups, so we don't have to include font-awesome in the feature. Those assets are available here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1016087
