Bug 935387 - Remove non recursed install targets We've not recursed for make install for a while. There are a few places where the install targets are used, but most others are just pointless Makefile boilerplate. Remove them. Dealt with mailnews, mail, suite, chat and im but left ldap alone. Also did not touch build.mk files. Bug 780159 - Remove obsolete REGCHROME It's used nowhere. Bug 780159 almost made it to comm-central in Bug 780357 but it got lost on the way.
