Description:
When viewing the Alarm within the Clock app, users can observe the new alarm icon is aligned right causing the icon to overlap the 

SETUP: 
Settings> Language> Arabic

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140804000204
2) Navigate to Clock> Alarm
3) Observe the new alarm icon on the top right corner is overlapping the date text

Actual:
New alarm icon overlaps the date on the top right corner

Expected:
New alarm is left aligned preventing icon from overlapping the date text

This DOES occur on Flame 2.0 (512mb), Buri 2.0,  Flame 1.4 (319mb), Buri 1.4

Actual: Users will see the icons aligned right causing the icon to overlap date
