1054560 - New page title copy needed for Create New Profile page on MDN after signing in with service

Current page title copy is “Sign up”. When arriving on this page, the user has already connected with a service, which many users will see as the first step to signing up. At this point they need to create their profile to proceed. This page title needs to make sense for users who came here from signing in with any service or the authorization step from GitHub.

A more appropriate title for this page would be “Create your profile to continue”. 

When user lands on this page after authorizing Github, it is especially not apparent that this is a page to create a new profile, but that was because there was no page title at all. (See bug 1054558 regarding absent page title)

We have bug 866533 open for improving the copy on this page. Janet suggested the title "Finish setting up your MDN account" but I will also mention your suggestion. If you have any additional suggestions please let us know in that bug.
