This is to port the following changes to c-c from m-c:
Parts of Bug 726975 - Tidy up browser/app/Makefile.in and skip a shell execution
Bug 976885 - Port RCFLAGS to moz.build
Bug 976886 - Port RCINCLUDE to moz.build
Bug 920915 - --with-app-name No longer works
Fairly straightforward patch
