Steps to reproduce:

Navigate to https://wiki-dev.allizom.org/ and https://wiki.allizom.org/.


Actual results:

Watch and unwatch are behind a dropdown on the header menu on staging/prod, but the watch/unwatch button (a star) is visible by default on dev.


Expected results:

They should both either display by default or be hidden by default.

As of today (10th May 2020) the watch/unwatch icon are not hidden by a dropdown (or at least not for me) and the development instance (https://wiki-dev.allizom.org/) seems to have gone away (as has the 'sandbox' from https://wiki-sandbox.allizom.org).

Closing this bug but can reopen if issue reoccurs.
