A number of tests started failing once we switched from GMO to Vector as the default skin. However, there are appear to be a number of significant changes between the Vector on MW 1.19 and the Vector on MW 1.23 that are causing QA headaches.

Once the upgrade gets pushed to production, we should audit the existing tests and ensure they are working correctly with the upgraded version of Vector.
The upgrade to MediaWiki 1.23 has long be available on prod. It should be safe to investigate these tests now.
