Steps to reproduce:

Repro frequency: 100%
1. Open Settings app.
2. Select any options you want to use.(ex. Sound option)
3. Tap left arrow on settings title bar

<ISSUE> When tapping left arrow on settings title bar, there will be a blank white screen on right panel.
The left arrow should be removed.

Transferring over from bug:
Here's what happened on 20140912

1. Open Settings
2. Swipe to screen lock
3. Select lockscreen if required and then select passcode lock
4. Press back button
5. Left hand sidebar disappears
6. Press back button again
7. Whole settings menu disappears
8. You must close the app via a 2 finger swipe to bring up app switcher.

What is its intended purpose? Back to previously selected panel?

I see it being added on https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/commit/aef14981de071390a3f8bc1ce7d1e63697f26334 by Bug 903918.

As far as I remember, there shouldn't have back button in first level panel. 

It could be a regression by some other commits.
