Updated to version 31.1.0, and now when I try to use a "mail list" Thunderbird says it's not in the correct format.

Steps to reproduce:

a] created a new email  b] added my "mail list" to the BCC line  c] tried to SEND but message popped up indicating the address format was incorrect


Actual results:

Couldn't use the "mail list" so I entered each email address one at a time.


Expected results:

"mail list" had worked in my previous versions of Thinderbird so I expected it to work in this latest version.
