There are some missing/some that could be pruned.

The following repos are either broken or not supposed to be in the list:

Bug 1065659 - Fix update_repository_version to ignore non-active repos

This fixes test failures that occur when there are non-active repos in
the repositories fixture & adds an explicit null-check and raise, rather
than relying on us hitting a TypeError later on.

This is due to bug 1069283. I've manually run |manage.py init_datasources| on treeherder production, however after that, the updated credentials file needs to be generated & synced to the workers, which I cannot do from the admin node, since we don't have root there. Running the Chief deploy should be all that is needed, but I don't have the password for it yet. I'll get it from mdoglio/camd/jeads when they are around later :-)
