We fail to paint other tabs with e10s as rsaconference.com is loading for a considerable amount of time

STR:

1. Have two tabs, load a remote content in one of them (about:home suffices).
2. Load http://www.rsaconference.com/ in the other.  As that page is loading, switching tabs between the two shows a very noticeable delay during which we basically don't paint anything in the content area.

Whatever we're planning to do for that issue, can you please stop marking this bug as a dupe?  This is an invaluable test case to figure out what we're waiting on during the time that we don't paint anything.  Our page load times can sometimes be really slow but so far I have come across only two websites that help reproduce the issue 100% of the time, and we should keep this bug open until at least someone investigates what's happening here.
