User Story
As a user I want to be able to move app icons between groups so that I can reorganize my content as I see fit. Acceptance Criteria: 1. By using the method described by the UX spec, single app icons can be moved between existing groups. 2. After moving an icon from one group to another, the icon is no longer displayed in the original group and is displayed in the new group in the location selected by the user. 3. Interaction and visuals match UX spec.

Bug 1087656 already blocks the general app-grouping bug, no need for it to block this bug too. This user story works.
