This comes at the end of the level 1 experience. The mentor has led an activity. This email should accomplish the following: * Badge them as a skill sharer (TBD: how to know whether to give them generic vs. customized) * Share CTA * Connect them to Michelle

What's an alternative share "ask" in this first email? Advice/input needed. (Existing email also asks to share using the #makerparty hashtag which I've changed to #webmaker) This question aside, I think the copy for EM 1 should be pretty close but final edits welcome. For EM 2 which will trigger 7 after a successful event: We have a similar open question about the CTA. In this case, the CTA should be an opportunity to "level up" to a super mentor. Michelle, I'm hoping we can connect on what this CTA can be? (option: with work still evolving on the Mentor page itself do we want to punt this new triggered email for a later heartbeat while we figure out our strategy?) For Email 3 which was a "chaser" meant to follow-up after 30 days. CTA is pretty clear and think we are good to go with approval from Amira and Michelle.

I made some edits to the pad based on existing Super Mentor copy and posed a couple questions.
I know I wasn't flagged on this, but I wanted to take a look. :) If I understand correctly, this email is going to people who run events as part of their involvement with one of our Fall campaign partners. And this will be the first time they're hearing from *us*, as opposed to hearing about us from whomever we negotiated the partnership. If that's true (and it's entirely possible I'm losing my mind), I think the emails need to provide a lot more context about Mozilla and Webmaker, and ideally, will reference the name of the partnership campaign, which is what they'll be familiar with. Could be a "Welcome to the Webmaker Community" type of thing, but needs to connect the dots for them on how they became a part of it. Does that make sense?
It's a great point but not really our first point of contact. This email series comes after a successful event. We'll have talked them at least once before when the event is created though in a more transactional way. Point taken that this needs a bit more background as we try to pull them from the partner universe into the webmaker universe.
Ah, right. It's that other email that I'm thinking of. The transactional one *really* needs to connect the dots.
Michelle and I have both dropped comments into the pad. One thing to note is that we are jumping from skill sharer to super mentor badge pretty quickly. Super mentor badges are really hard to obtain TBH. There is a rigorous evaluation process and it's not abnormal for many to get turned down. I think it's best if we use Mentor badge next.

To complete EM1: - Implement the new email in webmaker-mailroom. - Create a new worker in sawmill that listens for the "send_post_event_email_to_host" event and renders that new email you just created in webmaker-mailroom. Ask me if you have any other questions!

Webmaker badges has been deprecated for a while now. We're working towards retiring the Webmaker Product on bugzilla, so I'm closing this issue.
