This is a strange one. Go to the page in the URL. The select Character Coding->UTF8. The style of the entire page changes. This only happens when you select UTF8
Hrm. It seems like we stop applying the html4.css stylesheet.
The french quotes in :lang(fr) { quotes: "«" "»" "\2039" "\203A" } trigger an instance of bug 106674. See bug 106843 and bug 107790 for more info. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 107790 ***
