satdav, the bug you included in this report was restricted to the mozilla-reps group. You have filed this as a public bug. Please be *SUPER* cautious about posting bug content *anywhere* if the bug is restricted. Since this is a Community IT bug, you should have consulted us before posting this. There's no private info in this one, but take this as a reminder to think before you paste.
Lack of valid SPF record probably doesn't help: (In reply to David Weir (satdav) from comment #1) > Received-SPF: none (google.com: bugzilla-daemon@mozilla.org does not > designate permitted sender hosts) client-ip=63.245.216.69; > Authentication-Results: mx.google.com; > spf=neutral (google.com: bugzilla-daemon@mozilla.org does not > designate permitted sender hosts) smtp.mail=bugzilla-daemon@mozilla.org http://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=spf%3amozilla.org&run=toolpage
looking at the headers they weren't tagged as spam by the system mozilla uses to detect spam (postini), which means google are classifying the email as spam. you'll probably have to contact google to determine why that happened.

while spf headers will likely help (bug 240169), i'm not aware of any other users reporting that bugmail is consistently being classified as spam. imho this indicates this isn't a server-side mozilla issue, and should be marked as invalid.
let's keep it open for now. I, as the admin of the account that satdav is using, will communicate with google enterprise support. Once we've confirmed that there's nothing weird going on at your end, I can close this and create a new bug under our components
I have moved the bug to community it due to they manage the google apps account and I have assigned this to Tom the reason for assigning to Tom was he asked me to do this on irc

i'm not having problems, and there's nothing wrong our end. Only thing I can try is a whitelist. :glob, do you have a list of CIDR notations that emails are sent from? From that I can create a whitelist.

All BMO mail is routed out through the IT mail infra; at a quick search I don't see it in mana, so rather than guessing I'll tag :justdave and :limed because I know they'll know. Sorry for passing the buck. :-)

Both Tanner and I received that Mozilla Danmark email to our gmail accounts. It seems then that this would be an issue with satdav's account only. I would guess he accidentally marked previous bugmail as spam, or that any other spam marking he has done has made these mails trigger the spam filters. Satdav - what you can do is create a filter that all mail coming from bugzilla is never marked as spam. Tad - does that info change how you want to investigate this issue?
Flags: needinfo?(tom)
Depends on: 807013, 240169
Not sure the needinfo on me but as stated on comment 6 its likely something on google's side. Please mark the bugmail as non spam
Flags: needinfo?(limed)
no, it doesn't change how I'm working on this I'm going to whitelist the bugzilla IPs the limed supplied to me across our whole Google Apps account. Personal filters still apply, but they won't get taken by default spam
