Wex, think anyone will have cycles Friday or Monday to help implement this? We've kept the changes super simple, text and images only. Should not take more than an hour.

Everyone is against the wall. If Gavin or Aki have time, it'll be them. Otherwise I'm sure I can do it during my travel-to-mozfest time. I'm leaving the needinfo hanging in the meantime.

There's another branch at https://github.com/gesa/webmaker.org/compare/mozilla:master...gesa:1083925/mentor-update that isn't a PR since it's not going to get merged into webmaker.org. I still don't know the details of teach.wm.o to I haven't made a PR there.

Not sure which bug to place these adjustments in, but dropdown menu and copy needs updates. From an email thread: Pulldowns: —"Resources" links to https://webmaker.org/en-US/resources but perhaps we can lose the current subnav on that page —"Badges" links to http://blog.webmaker.org/badges (unless bug 1010306 is fixed) —"Hive" links to http://hivelearningnetworks.org Lainie would like to add to the main splash page something like “Become a catalyst in your local community. Learn more about the Hive Learning Networks model and how cities around the globe are championing digital skills and web literacy through connected learning.” [Link to http://hivelearningnetworks.org]
Laura - You can post navigation changes to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1108811 The design and copy of the landing page was shipped weeks ago. The build shipped yesterday. I would file a new bug to add content about Hive. Ping Bobby with questions. He's on point for both of these projects.
