The kickoff will be scheduled the w/o Nov 3. At that point, we'll have some wireframes and more info prepared.

This also applies to the /whatsnew and FTE bugs (bug 1084197 & bug 1084082)

Removing as a blocker for GA 35. Still a possibility for GA 36.
