The back end for this stuff is now operational. The FE work that putterman has bugs for still need to call this, but the back end is done. - rhp
Used 10-29-09-M11 build/ On Linux & WinNT I still didn't see the message displayed after I save to the template folder... even I exit and login to the mail again. How can I verify the back end is done for the template folder?

Used 10-29-09-M11 build/WinNT I reopen this bug since the Template folder only works for "Compose new window" File menu. There is another "Template" menu item under "File" -> "Save as" of the mail main menu still not worked. So, after I compose new message for save as template => it's working! But, if I tried to save as template from the Inbox' incoming msg (select from the main menu File-> save as -> Template => it's not working) Mark "Reopen"!!
Resolution: FIXED → ---
Note: this bug is IMAP "backend"...which is working. What you are describing is the fact that the FE menu item is not hooked up. I and Scott Putterman has a bug for this already. - rhp

I can't seem to locate the template front end bug number.
I don't think the bug#10796 is the problem I described above. That are different issues! Isn't it?
Bug#14609 is Backend, too. I am going to log bug for the front end if there is no any.
Probably not a 100% match, but the issue is still that the FE needs hooked up to the completed back end calls. You may want to open a new bug for this issue. - rhp
