We need a function similar to SaveMessageToDisk() that takes an nsIInputStream
to receive the data instead of a disk file.

Moving into M11. we needed this for fixing reply in the new message display
world.

I'm checking in the fix tonight.

to verify, try the following for a news article, local msg and imap message:
1) select the message so it displays.
2) File/Save/File
3) type in the name of a file.

Look at the file in a text editor and verify that the rfc822 message is stored
there.
Using a debug build from 11/4/99 on Windows NT

It works for IMAP and News. Can't seem to download a message using a pop
account. Will verify after that is resolved.
