To clarify, this is for Gaia-try, testing performance on a per-pull-request basis.
Gaia performance tests are currently run in a reactionary way, for example make test-perf is usually only run in response to regressions or as part of a suite that runs in Datazilla after a commit has already occurred. This meta bug represents the work necessary to revamp the Gaia performance tests to enable them to run more efficiently and be able to run them in a try-like environment which tests performance on a per-commit basis.
