Description:
When user constantly switches the audio output between the devices speakers, plug in headphones and bluetooth headphones, music will no longer play from the devices speakers.
   
Pre-requisite: Have a bluetooth headset and plug in headphones available. Also have a song available in the device.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141023001201
2) Connect to a bluetooth headset 
3) Plug in the plug in headphones
4) Switch the audio output between the speaker, bluetooth headset and plug in headset
5) Observe speaker headset after constant audio output switching
  
Actual:
Phone speaker no longer plays music
  
Expected: 
Phone speaker plays music

This issue does not occur on Flame 2.0 and Flame 2.2

Could you try to flash gecko/gaia flash only?
I just flash the pvt full image and found the audio related library isn't sync as 188 base image.
check this file on device at Build-ID        20141023161200
-rw-r--r-- root     root       110812 2014-10-24 08:02 audio.primary.msm8610.so
But at pure v188 base image:
-rw-r--r-- root     root       106628 2014-10-16 06:37 audio.primary.msm8610.so
I think the related android HAL library in this isn't the v188 one.

not nominating this to block, as the user has to switch between 3 different audio output areas repeatedly to get this issue to occur.

Verified this against a private Jenkins build that nthomas respun for me.  Audio works again.  This build runs with v188 binaries, and picks up this patch.   however, not marking this status=verified yet until this is retested on a pvtbuild generated against m-c.

Issue DOES still reproduce when 2.2 and 2.1 builds are full flashed.
