After you restart device, the device time will change.

1.Launch Settings.
2.Tap "Date & Time", turn on "Set automatically".
3.Restart device.

[3.Expected Result]: 
3.The device time should be the same as your previous settings.

3.After restarting device completely, the device time will change automatically.
