Description:
When the user types the name of a Marketplace app already downloaded, the search result does not display the downloaded app. Instead, the download suggestion appears.

Note: This issue does not occur with the first app downloaded from Marketplace. However, it DOES reproduce from the second app.

Pre-requisite: Have at least 1 app downloaded from Marketplace.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141024001204
2) Download "ConnectA2" from the Marketplace app.
3) Press the Home button, and search for "ConnectA1" on the rocket bar.
  
Actual:
Marketplace download suggestion of the app appears, "Install ConnectA2"

Expected: 
Marketplace download suggestion of the app does not appear. Only the downloaded app appears, "ConnectA2".

No any additional fix was provided for bug 1022515 but the issue is no longer reproduces on 2.2 and 2.1

After further research I was able to reproduce the issue with different steps (it didn't repro with the original steps for me)

Steps to repro:
1. Open the "Marketplace" and install "Line" app (or any)
2. Press "Home" button and search for the "Line" app in e.me search
3. After the app is found, press the "Home" button and open the "Marketplace" again
4. Search for the "ConnectA2"(or any) app and download it
5. Press the "Home" button again and in the "e.me bar search  for the downloaded app (in my case ConnectA2)

Notes:
If not search for the first downloaded app in the e.me the issue won't repro, the step 2 is really important 

Expected result:
The app appears as downloaded app on rocket bar search result without downloading suggestion

Actual result:
The app appears with suggestion to install it

This is a valid issue, but the same issue will be fixed by bug 1114493. For ease of tracking I'm going to mark this as a duplicate. Thank you for filing this bug.
