MediaWiki 1.23.6 comes out "Wednesday, October 28, 2014, between 20:00-22:00 UTC" (tomorrow, which is actually the 29th).

I don't think we really use the code that this touches, so it probably can be pushed to both stage and prod next week.

This work has been deferred by one week. JD has been working on converting the way the wiki software (along with its extensions and dependencies) are laid out and tracked. We're trying to limit the number of changes being made until the conversion is complete and he's had time to document the new update and push procedures.
