t-w864-ix-138 is still broken, and redisabled. The others look fine so far.

t-w864-ix-132 and t-w864-ix-140 weren't actually reenabled, and I'm reluctant to do so myself in case you decided they weren't ready after all.

140 and 132 are  back in with correct resolutions.

There seems to be a few root causes here:
1) some machines were affected by a timing change in the automatic install. The physics engine was getting installed and the main driver package was not. On next boot the wmi query checking the driver version got the correct number due to the physics engine being installed. The wmi query was refined to cover this

2) Monitors were hooked up to a couple of machines the native res on the monitors were less than the required 1600 x 1200. Which caused tests to fail

3) Machine 138 had a bad install batch ( I think this may have been a regression due to some files getting moved around for puppett testing) which caused an uninstall of the drivers.

All machines except the following are enabled:
t-w864-ix-144
t-w864-ix-145
t-w864-ix-148
t-w864-ix-156

Each of the above is blocked by needed dcops visits for config changes

Dcops fixed all problematic machines via Bug 1093488. All windows 8 machines except for two loaners are in pool and functional.
