Found this when fixing bug 68303... if you auto-subscribe to a newsgroup with a non-ascii char in it, the dialog will display a bogus msg, like this: "Are you sure you want to subscribe to H% C3A5Kan?" (if the newsgroup's name would be Håkan). Fix is to unescape the string we pass to the auto-subscribe dialog.

Verified fixed using: 2001-11-14-08 Redhat 7.2 2001-11-14-03 Windows 2K 2001-11-14-08 Mac OS 9.1 Used Character Map on Win, Character Picker on Linux and Option-A on Mac to generate the ascii character.
