Thunderbird's hanging frequently on my old desktop. I'm not normally around it or even using it when I am on the desktop, so it's totally not related to any TB actions on my part.

With ::ipc::MessageChannel::WaitForSyncNotify on the stack, like bug 1096949, this was no doubt graphic related. However, I no longer use the desktop for thunderbird. And I no longer see bug 1096949 where Firefox hangs. But currently HWA on it is blocked (per below). And without retesting an old verision I don't know if HWA was enabled at the time. I still have the Radeon HD 4550 and Direct2D still shows "Blocked for your graphics card because of unresolved driver issues."

Realistically, I'm not going to be able to reproduce the original conditions. And I don't see any problems as currently configured.
