Scrolling fast up and down in the settings causes visual issue  

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141111001201 
2) launch loop app>Log in > go to settings  
3) scroll up and down on the settings page quickly


Actual:
flicker occurs

Expected:
No flicker occurs
