Steps to reproduce:
I updated the thunderbird 24 for the version 31.
Actual results:
The thunderbird 31 show two languages ( English and portuguese), there's an example attachment.
Expected results:
Just one language.

why do you want to change the two language in to a single language , you just select the language preferably English which do oyu want to use that's smarter

Yes, i can do it, but hear the users don't know english and don't like two languages. I update right now to version 31.3 and there's the same problem.
