I'm getting hangs multiple times a day, on OSX and Windows, often when I click a link. The browser becomes totally non-responsive. I've disabled e10s because of this. I've attached the stack from OSX, though I don't know if it is useful.

The top of the stack is:

17 CPOWProxyHandler::get(JSContext*, JS::Handle<JSObject*>, JS::Handle<JSObject*>, JS::Handle<jsid>, JS::MutableHandle<JS::Value>) const + 109 (XUL) [0x10225bacd]
17 mozilla::jsipc::WrapperOwner::get(JSContext*, JS::Handle<JSObject*>, JS::Handle<JSObject*>, JS::Handle<jsid>, JS::MutableHandle<JS::Value>) + 200 (XUL) [0x10225bbd8]
17 mozilla::jsipc::JavaScriptBase<mozilla::jsipc::PJavaScriptParent>::SendGet(mozilla::jsipc::ObjectId const&, mozilla::jsipc::ObjectVariant const&, mozilla::jsipc::JSIDVariant const&, mozilla::jsipc::ReturnStatus*, mozilla::jsipc::JSVariant*) + 64 (XUL) [0x102261240]
17 mozilla::jsipc::PJavaScriptParent::SendGet(unsigned long long const&, mozilla::jsipc::ObjectVariant const&, mozilla::jsipc::JSIDVariant const&, mozilla::jsipc::ReturnStatus*, mozilla::jsipc::JSVariant*) + 531 (XUL) [0x102118633]
17 mozilla::ipc::MessageChannel::Send(IPC::Message*, IPC::Message*) + 327 (XUL) [0x101f264b7]
17 mozilla::ipc::MessageChannel::SendAndWait(IPC::Message*, IPC::Message*) + 481 (XUL) [0x101f266e1]
17 mozilla::ipc::MessageChannel::WaitForSyncNotify() + 69 (XUL) [0x101f26955]

If we could even just detect these CPOW hangs and crash it would be a big improvement. Plus then we'd get some statistics on crash stats about how often they are happening. I don't know if we have any hang reporting.
I got a local sample of the content process during a hang, and via email billm said this is probably bug 1101257.
Depends on: 1101257

I haven't noticed this much in the last week or two, though maybe my usage patterns are just a little different when on vacation.
Great! I'm hoping this was fixed by bug 1113006.
