+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1095358 +++ Product team wants users making direct calls to have the option to include a subject for the call so that they can tell the other party what the communication is going to be about. This is the desktop client part of this work. It will need UX/UI and possibly bug breakdown. We'll need UX/UI from Darrin or Sevaan before starting, and I suggest we make this optional or have the ability to turn it off (i.e. give users a choice to start direct calls without adding a subject to the direct call).

putting at P5 as it's actively being worked in PM and the creative team to prioritize co-browsing scenarios (including the sharing of titles). it's not actionable to put as higher priority until the scenarios and prioritization and UX are finalized.

Marking as WON'T FIX since calls and rooms will be merged and we already have the ability to set room names (the new room-based UX is about sending a notification to user B that you are invited to join "Conversation XYZ").
