User Story

As Arya I can select the camera I want to use and introduce a subject when I start a conversation

Note: The subject and the camera selection screen will be always shown when launching the call, independently if it's launched from the contact picker, the call log or contact details in the Agenda.

Although the bug 1095358 is not yet in Production Server (it's planned that it's on Dec 12th), I've checked that pointing to Development Server the ACs of this US are fulfilled. Resolving it so QA can start its verification.
