If navigation is from right to left, and buttons shows this direction too, the progress bar should also follow the change. I don't see any specifics on the specs, but it seems logical. P.S. Screenshot shows english because lack of translation to Arabic

This screen is a part of the system/fxa component, possibly a dupe or dependant of bug 1118437. ni? or assign back to me if there's no plan to get to this for 2.2 and I'll try and take it on
