Description: The Settings menu does not update when pairing devices. 

Repro Steps:
1: Update a Flame to 20141205040202.
2: Open Settings > Bluetooth and pair to another device.
3: Return to the Settings menu.

Actual: "No devices paired" is displayed

Expected: The paired device is displayed.
