I was unable to run a make test against production, however, mariaoteo was able to verify that prod release is OK.

mariaoteo: alexis:all is fine pointing to Prduction
[14:02]  mariaoteo: travis, rpapa: I was just verifying that I can register via MSISDN entering the number that I have in my SIM, 
and entering a different number (in other device) so I receive a pin number and enter the PIN manually

msisdnprod2-ms-ELB-1R4JW9PC6GY5D-1221922792.us-west-2.elb.amazonaws.com will be the new prod stack. Anything we want to double check before DNS is switched over?

Able to verify using http://mozilla-services.github.io/msisdn-verifier-client/
and msisdn-cli client by editing /etc/hosts with elb url.

Delaying this release till Monday morning PST, as the result of an ad hoc conversation between :abr, :mreavy, :tblow, and :bobm.  The primary reason being that this is a non-trivial upgrade, and while somewhat urgent- it is not urgent enough, in light of the dangers of deploying before a weekend where engineering support will be limited.
