1109717 - Allow our Donation forms to accept American Express cards

Currently our form does not accept Amex, though Paypal says it's enabled on their end. 

Email from our guy:

So I double checked that account and from our end we already have it set so you could accept Amex cards. Typically when a merchant obtains our Pro service(direct credit card) we automatically turn the Amex acceptance on. With that being said it's really a matter of getting it adjusted on your end so that it will allow a customer/donor to enter the Amex card info into the site.

Moving to Aali because he needs another ticket and also has amex cards to test with :)

This works for me.

However, the new image looks a bit off, and I'm not sure why. Could just be alignment.

I want to get Sabrina to take a look just to make sure everything it looks good.

Aali, can you link the live test page to sabrina?
