Prerequisites:
Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:37.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/37.0

Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to https://marketplace.allizom.org/ and sign in
2.Sign up for newsletter
3.Press the MP homepage logo(or any tab from header) and observe that the newsletter section is not displayed anymore
4.Sign out and then sign in with another account for which the user is not signed up for newsletter

Expected results:
Newsletter section is displayed

Actual results:
Newsletter section is still not displayed

I think this is working as expected. Bug 1112699 was filed to handle the case where more than one signup is needed on desktop. I'm going to dupe this to that one.
