111372 - Icons stretched in helper applications dialog

Steps
1. Open preferences
2. Goto Navigator helper applications
3. select text/html
4. look at the mozilla icon, it seems stretched vertically.
5. If you have another file type other than text/html, select it and click the
edit button to see the normal icon appearance as the edit button is disabled
with text/html

Expected result: the icon is not stretched
Actual result: the icon looks taller
