*** Description
Caret's size should be fixed according to the spec, but actually they are not.

*** Steps to Reproduce
1. Go to http://www.nytimes.com
2. If it redirects you to the mobile site, scroll down to the bottom and click "View desktop version"
3. Long press a word to select it.
4. Zoom the page after the carets shows up.

*** Expected Results
The caret should have a fixed size, regardless of the zoom level.

*** Actual Results
The caret changes size with the zoom level (see the attachments.)
