Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit/Preferences
2. Navigator/Languages
3. Add...
4. French [fr]
5. OK
Actual Results: Nothing happens.
The language "French [fr]" is not appended to the list.
Expected Results: Language "French [fr]" added to the languages list.
It worked in 0.9.4.
It seems to be a regression.
