Currently, we're looking at the add-on SDK upgrade as a probable cause for the bustage.
I've backed out the SDK uplift commit to see if that fixes things. It seems like it worked, as b2g tests are passing.
This is due to bug 1102107 which I can't revert without reverting bug 1113423 because Irakli made the latter depend on the former for some reason.

I let Irakli know bug 1102107 was blocking the uplift, bug 1114752, on Sunday in Bug 1122978 comment 9

I've tried to let him know several other ways, and on other bugs too, if he doesn't respond soon I will revert the two bugs mentioned.
