After testing the login page removal branch with Charles it was noted that the native identity code still requires logins to come from a click. As a result we're going to need to keep the login page for native FxA. This bug is to look at that page and update it so it looks nicer and fits better in the FxA world rather than looking like a left-over piece of the persona login.

NOTEL: There's some other bugs that might block testing this see bug 1119857 (Hitting PROVIDER_LOGOUT_FAIL) and bug 1119428 (Reset PIN logged me out and hung) You should see the new screen only using native FxA. The login sign-in screen is only likely to be seen using in-app. And the reset sign-in page is shown for resets.
