Basically, we're making the desktop look like it's actually designed for desktop. Some of this extends back to tablet, and some (because of changes to global elements, like tiles, footer, etc) extends back to mobile.

The approach needs to be: define system, layout and global components, and then create the requisite pages from them.

Krupa is going to be QAing at each milestone and then the whole system at the end -- so this way, we have the more granular atomic bugs that comprise a page, and she can QA and lodge bugs at the page level.
