On step 1 of the developer submission process [1], below the "I Accept this Agreement" button we'd like to add another non-prominent option for folks. Wording is welcomed to be improved but something like: > If you would like to have your add-on signed but cannot submit to AMO please <a href="">let us know</a>. See bug 1121159 for the href to use. Based on our discussions today, we're wontfixing this. We need to decide if we're doing prefs or different CA roots. This won't block our first launch so closing the bug.
