When editing in HTML Source view, clicking the right mouse button has no effect.
There is no menu that appears, as in the other viewing modes.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Composer
2. Open a document or new blank page
3. Click on <HTML> Source
4. Right click in editing area.
Actual Results: Nothing happens.
Expected Results: There should be a menu (Undo, paste, select all, etc.)
All options that are missing are available from the menu bar (Edit, Format),
except Undo/Redo, which does not work in HTML Source view, but has already been
filed as bug <a href="http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=98526">98526</a>
