It's unkind UI

Talking out-of-band with Gijs, he had a good idea to add a tooltip that describes that column, since adding a header label will make the column too wide.

Hi Tina, In this case, to show empty boxes instead of the empty spaces might look much complicated, I will consider adding a label in the header, for example, 'Select' or 'Check', but the column will be wider due to the localization.

Inactive users most likely will not respond; if the missing information is essential and cannot be collected another way, the bug maybe should be closed as INCOMPLETE.
