According to the reference document RTL Rules:  https://mozilla.app.box.com/s/0y1amh4rwpp6brcxd1hk - 
(Relevant to Lockscreen) Formatting for Arabic is day of week, month, date. (although the screenshot shows the # day (date) as being in the middle of the day of week and month) but either way - the format on the phone is neither of these at it begins with the date (# day):  Please see screenshot

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150204010225
2) With phone set to Arabic Lock the device by tapping the power button
3) Tap the power button again to access the lockscreen

Actual:
Date format on lockscreen is incorrect

Expected:
Date will follow proper RTL format

In order to get RTL bugs into triage, please make sure they are blocking one of the app-specific RTL meta bugs. (In this case, the system-rtl meta.)
