112995 - Smart browsing doesn't show up properly with defaults

Using the default preferences (the default fonts, window sizes, etc) the "smart
browsing" page doesn't fit in the prefs window when you choose it from the pref
tree.

I have created a patch which moves the button on the last option in the page to
the next row down.

thought that this might've already been reported recently --i'll check out the
dep tree for bug 80392. in any case, yeah i've been seeing this --a recent
regression, it seems.

this problem also occurs in the classic theme. and i see this clipping on Mac
OS X [10.1.1] --but not on winNT.

hey, looks like this was fixed in bug 77513 --sorry about not catching it
earlier. mebbe it was fixed when i was looking for open bugs on 12/3...

should i mark this a dup then?
