Description:
 The user is able to bring up the long press Text Selection menu during the FTU when importing contacts from Facebook, Gmail, or Outlook.
 
-User can select text in loading screens when connecting to or adding contacts from these accounts
-At the Contact Picker screen, the user can select text from Contact Names and other text. 

The user is not able to select text in this way when importing contacts in the full Contact app itself. This issue only occurs in the FTE.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150210010523
2) In the FTE, connect to a WiFi or Cellular Data network.
3) Progress through the FTE until you reach the Import Contacts screen.
4) Select Facebook, and connect to an account with one or more contacts.
5) As the account is connecting, attempt to activate text selection on the loading screen by long-pressing
6) At the Contact Picker list, long press the contact names  to activate text selection.

Actual:
User is able to inappropriately activate text selection when importing contacts

Expected:
The user is not able to activate text selection except when interacting with a text fields and search boxes.
