I used https://www.browserstack.com/ to test IE 10 and I see a few style issues:
* warnings/notices appear completely unstyled
* the "show" device filter is styled improperly: the arrow appears over the native styling
* the "display as" icons don't appear
* install buttons are truncated at a max-height it appears
* review stars are cut off too

Some other, more minor bugs, still exist but I am filing seperate more specific bugs for them. This will fix the "display as: " toggle, rating stars, and JS error.

This addresses the JS error and broken sprites. Some flexbox issues in the header remain - new bugs to be opened for those.
